As the holiday slowly comes to an end, getting ready for another school year becomes the thought of the day. Plan Before You Shop — Planning on what to get for the school year makes it a lot lighter on the pocket and saves time. Compare different shops, rates, and distance. Consider if you’re going to do your shopping at home or at the store. Get what is most required.

Reschedule sleep hours – Change sleep hours closer and closer to the hours for school. Access to the TV set, mobile usage and all electronic devices should be cut off before bedtime.
