Everyone loves to destress, especially after a long day. For me, games, movies, and music help me to cool down after working all day. For kids, TV and games are ways by which they have fun and play with friends. Apart from being a means of fun, games can also be a distraction to kids most especially. But with monitored use of time when playing games, there are some benefits that are attributed to playing games.

A couple of surveys & recent studies have shown that playing video games can help students develop their essential emotional and intellectual skills that support academic achievement. However, it’s not just in-school gaming that gives these benefits, other games has positive contributions.

1.   Gaming Promotes Social Skills and Team-work

The majority of the gamers play with their friends, and very few of them play alone. In most of these games, the players all work together to achieve a goal while they compete against other players.
