What is the nature of the school curriculum?

The school’s curriculum is very rich. It is a rich blend of Nigerian and British curriculum aligned with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC)

 When does school resume and close daily?

School resumes at 7.50am and closes at 1.00pm for the nursery and 2.00pm for the primary. However, Fridays are usually for club activities and school closes at 1.30pm.

 Is admission from the nursery into the primary automatic?

Admission from the nursery into the primary is automatic but pupils must take reading tests to quarantee their admission.

 Does the school run a shuttle bus for pupils?

The school run a bus shuttle. Parents also bring in their children and pick them up after school.

 Does the school provide lunch for pupils?

Yes. However, pupils are allowed to bring their lunch pack from home.

 What is the ratio of pupils to teachers?

The ratio of pupils to teachers is at most twenty- five (25) pupils to two (2) teachers per class from the nursery to primary two and at most twenty- five (25) pupils to one (1) teacher per class from primary three to six.

 What kind of books do you use?

The books used are books that cover every aspect of the Nigerian and British curriculum.

 Does the school participate in external competition?

The school participates fully in both internal and external competitions, which can be either local or international.

 How do parents get information from the school?

Information gets to parents through newsletters sent by e-mails, communication book, text messages or hard copies

 Apart from academics, what other activities are available to the children?

We have a wide range of co-curricular activities in our schools. Every child must belong to at least two Clubs: one non-fee paying and one fee paying. The clubs include Chess, swimming, Drama, Red Cross, French, and Music etc. These club activities are vital to the mental and physical development of every child.

 Do pupils go on field trips?

Pupils go on various field trips where they learn and gain experiences, which complement the knowledge gained in class and prepare them for greater tasks ahead.

 What is the school's policy on birthday celebrations?

During birthday celebrations, pupils come with a birthday cake and packet drinks. Party packs are allowed and pupils are to come to school in their school uniforms or party dress.

 What foods can pupils bring to school?

Pupils can have foods like sandwiches, biscuits, healthy drinks, vegetables and fruits. Oily foods are allowed. Parents can follow the school meal time-table as a guide.

 Are there Afterschool services for the children?

Yes, we do engage in Afterschool services.

 What are some major achievements of the school?

The school has achieved so much over the years and is still achieving. Aside raising children who have a world class education, integrity, ethics, high moral standards and fulfillment in their various endeavours, we still record successes in various competitions, entrance of our pupils into benchmark schools and excellence in academic and non-academic activities to mention but a few.The organisation is fortunate to have committed Council members and staff who have put the school before themselves. We have been able to build a strong, independent and international educational system that works.
