Please do
- Share your genuine, first-hand experience as a parent or guardian.
- Be specific — teachers, facilities, communication, your child's growth.
- Stay respectful and constructive, even when sharing concerns.
- Mention dates or terms (e.g. "2024/25 session") so others can judge freshness.
- Use the anonymous option if you'd rather not be named publicly.
- Update your review later if your experience changes.
Please don't
- Mention names of children, parents or staff. Use roles instead ("the Primary 4 teacher").
- Post hate speech, slurs, threats or discriminatory content.
- Make defamatory or unverifiable accusations (fraud, abuse) — report these privately to our Trust team instead.
- Submit fake, paid, or competitor-sabotage reviews.
- Share phone numbers, addresses or private info of any individual.
- Review your own school — owners can only respond to parents' reviews.
- Use profanity, all-caps shouting or off-topic promotions.
